As the presentation of our products at the BioFach was a great success and we have received a lot of response, we are now in further development of the project. All facilities at the landing site, like solar pumping, are working properly and we have finished all preparations for a successful realization of the whole project. The Kitalaganya landing site is finally finished. All facilities like solar pumping, solar power for continuous light and clean water are working properly. Actually, we are planning to build up additional fields of action on the area. This includes agriculture using the faeces of the ecosan toilets as fertilizer and digging ponds for fishfarming. In a first step, we intend to grow baitfish in the ponds to supply the local fishermen that are using longlining methods. This is also for demonstration purposes.
